Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using ConvFetti's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services Description
ConvFetti provides the following services:
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) consulting and implementation
- Shopify custom development and theme customization
- A/B testing setup, management, and analysis
- Performance optimization and analytics consulting
- E-commerce strategy and user experience consulting
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
- 50% deposit required to begin work on projects over $1,000
- Remaining balance due upon project completion
- Monthly retainer services billed in advance
- Late payments may incur additional charges
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. ConvFetti retains rights to methodologies, processes, and general knowledge gained during projects.
5. Confidentiality
ConvFetti agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information, data, and business details. Client information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
ConvFetti's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. While we strive for optimal results, specific performance improvements cannot be guaranteed.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Ongoing retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days notice.
8. Changes to Terms
ConvFetti reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
