How ConvFetti works, what we build, and what a Shopify CRO engagement actually looks like.

FAQ

What does ConvFetti actually do?

We are a Shopify CRO studio. We find where your store leaks money, then we fix it with copy, design, theme work, and tests. Audits, A/B tests, landing pages, migrations, apps, automation. If it sits between a click and a purchase, it is in scope.

Who do you work with?

Shopify brands that already have traffic and want more of it to buy. Typical partners are past $1M, often in fashion, beauty, home, and supplements. If you are still hunting for your first 100 orders, we are the wrong room.

Do you only work on Shopify?

Shopify is the home base, including Plus. CRO and testing can run on WooCommerce or a custom stack. Theme builds, checkout work, and migrations are Shopify. If you are on Magento, Salla, or Woo and want out, that is a migration, not a theme tweak.

How do you start a project?

A 15-minute call, then an audit or a scoped build. You get a ranked list of what to fix, not a 40-page deck. We pick the highest-revenue work first. Most retainers start after you have seen that list.

How long until we see results?

A Light audit ships in 3 days. A full funnel audit is 3 to 5. Copy and UX changes can move add-to-cart in the same month. A/B tests need enough traffic to finish. We do not promise a 4-week miracle on a store with 200 sessions a day.

What is in a conversion audit?

We walk the funnel the way a buyer does: landing, collection, PDP, cart, checkout. Analytics, UX, speed, and the bugs that kill mobile. You get a ranked roadmap. One jewelry store had 3 checkout bugs costing about $2k a week. They were fixed in 2 days.

Which audit package should I buy?

Light is one page. Standard is 3 pages plus nav, cart, and checkout. Growth is 5 pages for a full eCom pass. Pick the pages that make you money, not the ones that look pretty in a screenshot.

What is CRO, in plain terms?

Conversion rate optimization is getting a larger share of the visitors you already pay for to buy. It is not more ads. It is fewer leaks: unclear copy, slow PDPs, a checkout that fights the phone. Traffic is expensive. Waste is optional.

How does your A/B testing program work?

We pull GA4, heatmaps, and recordings, then write hypotheses from buyer behavior, not from a color opinion. We build the variants, run them clean, and call winners on stats, not vibes. One win becomes the control for the next test.

How much traffic do I need to A/B test?

Plan for at least 1,000 visitors a month. More is better. Below that, tests stall or lie. We will tell you if you do not have the volume. In that case we ship high-confidence fixes from the audit and test later.

Will every test win?

No. A clean loss is still data. Brands that only ship "safe" tests learn nothing and plateau. We kill losers fast and put the budget on the next ICE-ranked idea.

What copy do you write?

Homepages, PDPs, landing pages, checkout, post-purchase, and ads. We use the words your buyers already use in reviews and chats. One luxury scent brand saw add-to-cart up 38% after we rewrote 3 PDPs. Bad copy runs 24/7. Ads you can pause.

What is experience design here, not a moodboard?

Layout, hierarchy, and the path a shopper takes on a phone. We cut friction, not add decoration. If a block does not help someone buy, it goes. Pair it with copy and you stop asking the product photo to do all the work.

Do you build landing pages for paid traffic?

Yes. Pages matched to the ad, not a generic homepage with UTM tape on it. One message, one action, built to load fast on mobile. If the ad promises X, the page has to deliver X above the fold.

What counts as Shopify customization?

Theme work that the customizer cannot do: Liquid, checkout, speed, sections, and the weird PDP logic your catalog actually needs. We ship clean so the next person can read it. Template soup is how stores get slow.

Can you migrate us to Shopify without killing SEO?

Yes. Magento, Salla, Woo, Amazon, BigCommerce. Staging first, 301 map, 50-point QA, old store read-only for 30 days. Perfyra moved 1,500 Salla SKUs in 7 days. Rankings usually settle in 2 to 4 weeks if the redirects are honest.

Do you set up UAE and GCC payments and shipping?

Tabby, Tamara, Network International, Stripe UAE, and local shipping rules are part of migration and store launches. A store that cannot take the buyer's preferred method is not "almost ready." It is unfinished.

Do you build Shopify mobile apps?

Yes, when an app earns its keep: repeat purchase, loyalty, push. We do not build an app so you can say you have one. If your mobile web still leaks, we fix that first. An app on a broken funnel just ships the leak in a wrapper.

What do you automate?

Post-purchase flows, inventory and ops glue, the tasks your team repeats every day. We wire Shopify to the tools you already pay for. Automation without a clean funnel just sends more people into the same drop-off.

What is eCommerce strategy with you?

A conversion roadmap across acquisition, the store, and retention. Not a brand workshop. You get what to ship this quarter, what to test, and what to ignore. Scaling spend on a leaky store is how brands buy expensive traffic and call it growth.

Do you also do Shopify development beyond the theme?

Custom apps, checkout, Plus work, and the builds that sit under CRO. Development here has a conversion job. We do not add features because a competitor has a badge.

How do you measure success?

Conversion rate, AOV, revenue per visitor, and the page-level metrics tied to the work. We report what moved and what did not. Vanity bounce-rate theatre does not make the cut.

Can you help with mobile, specifically?

Most of the work is mobile. Half or more of eCom sessions hit a phone. We design, write, and test for thumbs first. If desktop looks fine and mobile CVR is a cliff, that is the project.

Is it ConvFetti or Convify?

ConvFetti, with an F-E-T-T-I ending. Convify is the common misspelling and it still finds us. The name is conversion plus confetti: the lift worth celebrating.
